The number 12 has many significance in different cultural, mathematics and this IPA. Astronomers divided the celestial circle into 12 sections to follow the orbit if Jupiter. Earthly Branches was brewed with small amounts of 12 different variety of hops to give it a very unique flavor.
A reconnection with a foreign exchange student from High School was made in his home town of Pepinster, which is a Walloon municipality of Belgium in Province of Liège, after making the journey from Oktoberfest. This Belgian Tripel pays homage to the hospitality we received and amazing beers partaken.

Light refreshing wheat beer brewed with a healthy dose of flaked wheat and a nice touch of cirtus. Arizona Sky combines Orange, Grapefruit and Lemon for the perfect burst of sweet and tart.
The Czech coat of arms was changed many times through out its history but the Pilsner has stayed faithful. Brewed predominantly with native Saaz hops and pilsner malt which gives this beer a spiciness and malt forward piskoty flavor.

This malt forward wild hop pale ale was made with hops grown in the owners back yard in Portland, OR. The wild hops have natural yeast from the atmosphere that gives the beer a bit of a funkiness.

"KOKOC" (pronounced ko-kos) is a rich full flavored coconut stout with an aggressive roasted malt build balanced with lite oat additions. Conditioned with plenty of toasted coconut and blended with all-natural coconut cream syrup to bring out a solid coconut flavor.
A refreshing IPA brewed on the lighter side. Using Denali, Crystal & Palisade throughout the boil and a healthy dry hop of Palisade. This West Coast style session is great to take on the course or sip by the pool. Take a hoppy cruise around our neighborhood or just wind down after work.
American style Golden Ale dry hopped it with fresh Oregon Hops. The hops are a few local varieties grown by Trevor Herd in his backyard in Portland, OR. Enjoy this beer in your backyard and smell the fresh hops growing all around you.
